Any place on the site where you see the FCK editor you can insert HTML. Most often you will not have to use HTML though because many comon rich text formatting can be applied using the buttons in the text editor.

What HTML tags may I use?

Each section has its own set of tags but most areas support the following tag set:

How do I enter the HTML?

Before you can insert HTML, you need to switch to the Source view mode in the FCK Editor. The Source button should be the first button in the upper left area of the editor. After you click this button you are in HTML mode and may insert HTML. When you wish to switch back to the rich text editor view, just click the Source button again.
