Not receiving our emails?

There are a few common reasons why people do not receive our emails. The primary reason may be that your mail application or provider is putting our emails into a spam folder so check their first for any password or welcome emails.

If you still don't see our emails after editing your spam filter settings or looking in your spam filter, its possible your service provider is blocking our emails before it even reaches your inbox, meaning we've been placed on a blacklist. In this case, the best thing to do is update your account with a different email address. If you don't know your password, contact us.

If you've contacted us through our contact form asking for help and haven't heard from us in 48 hours its possible your email provider is blocking all emails from our domain (and not just our automated emails). If this happens, please contact us again providing us with an alternate email address from a different service provider.
